Shahab Hosseini starrer to open soon in Iran cinemas

New Iranian film ‘The Labyrinth’ featuring famed actor Shahab Hosseini is set to soon hit the country’s cinema halls.

Amir-Hossein Torabi’s first feature written by Tala Motazedi has attended the 37th Fajr Film Festival.

Others joining award-winning actor Hosseini include popular names such as Pejman Jamshidi and Sareh Bayat.

Celebrated artist Hosseini starring in Oscar-winning ‘The Salesman’ has appeared in ifilm series ‘Dream Interpretation’, ‘Cold Fever’ and ‘Zero Degree Turn’.

"Life resembles a complex labyrinth with people trying to find the exit route. Yet there is just one way out, and that won’t be possible so long as you reach its center," the flick's short description reads.

Hosseini won Best Actor award at Cannes Film Festival for his performance in Asghar Farhadi’s ‘The Salesman’.
